The scene is a large Gothic Mansion hallway. It is very dark. At the end of the hallway is a large staircase that goes up and splits into 2 directions, left and right. On the landing where it separates, there is a very large set of windows overlooking a forested garden. It is lit by a full moon on a cloudless night and is very still.

I walk slowly up the stairs and pause by the window, looking into the fardan and wondering at the quietness and stillness.

I then appear in a smaller wood panelled room. It is dark except for a fireplace with a burning wood fire. There are lots of shadows and the only thing in the room is a bath an enamel bath standing in the middle. A door opens and a lady servant comes in with a large jug of hot water. She pours the water and leaves. I have strange sense of foreboding, uneasiness and wake up.
